Just went, and just like always, they hand your good to you and don't bother to say anything to you. Most unfriendly restaurant in Lehi. They are always getting food orders wrong. Tonight, my son only had 2 nuggets in his order, also the fries all the cheeseburgers were luke warm at best.
AWFUL. They demand your hard earned money every time you go there, but are unwilling to respect that hard earned money and serve you whatever type of food they feel like. Soggy french fries, no problem. 30 minute old burger, no problem. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL AND MANAGEMENT COULD CARE LESS.
This McDonald's is the BEST I've EVER been to. And no, I don't and never have worked here, and don't know anyone that has. I am often in a hurry and they are super FAST!!! I honestly have no idea how they are able to be so quick, but KUDOS!!! You guys ROCK!!! And....I love to get the Sugar Free Vanilla Iced Coffee. You guys make them perfect!!! Whenever I get them from the McDonald's in Saratoga Springs, they suck, and I end up throwing it out and wishing that you guys could show them how to do it right.
HORRIBLE WORST, DIRTIEST McDonalds I have EVER been to. In the Drive through-They never get the order right. Constantly upsize your order to increase price, rarely speak English. Enside is too filthy to consider. Complained to the manager once about the fact that there was not one single clean table and his comment was "weve been busy" my husband asked what about the employees sitting at that booth having a drink. Said they were on break. ????
I REALLY love the atmosphere at this McDonalds. Granted I have kids and they love going here. I am not a big McDonalds food fan but it sure makes my kids happy.
