This is the worst Subway ever. I told her 3 times to toast my sandwich, and it came back cold. As a Buffalo Chicken which is supposed to be HEATED UP when people don't ask for toasting. I had a COLD, disgusting sandwich. It was at about 10:30 and no one was around so there was absolutely no reason for her to be so distracted that she couldn't make my sandwich properly. She also did not do my veggies right. There must be a reason that this Subway has all negative reviews. I will from now on always go a little further to the one on AF main which has EXCELLENT service.
I worked here for a year and a half. We had and were the best crew that store has ever known. And then this jerk lady came in and became the new manager and ran the store into the ground. I got out before she came into power, but i have been there after, and it is terrible. they have all the veggies basically in one container together. they don't separate any veggies or clean anything up. the service is slow and rude. She has not taught them properly how to be employees and it shows. I hate this place now. When i come back from my 2 year vacation, I'm taking it back!
This location is horrible and notorious for screwing up orders. They answer the phone in gibberish, they keep you waiting at the drive through forever, they forget to put points on my subway card, they add crap to my sandwich that I did not ask for, they dont always honor prices on their add board. They are rediculous and need a compitant manager to run this store. With the need for so many to be employed they should be able to hire people who want to work.
By far the worst subway ever. Slow service. The large lady that either manages or owns it is so rude and unhelpful. They are always in a bad mood. And now they are not open 24 hours yet they do not post that anywhere. Show up at 6am and the drive thru is still on so I get greeted with the generic subway message and then nothing. The lady is inside and doesn't bother to tell me there not open. I drive to the window and am still ignored until I honk and then am just told rudely they are no longer open 27hours. I will never return to this poorly ran subway.
Soooooooooo slow. So sloppy. So un organized. Unprofessional. Filthy.
