If you want faulty equipment and horrible customer service, this is absolutely the place for you. In Dec 2014, I bought two vaping starter kits. One had issues immediately and I had to go back several times over the issue. The first time, the coils were switched out were we were told we should have dry puffed 5 times first or the coil burns out. How funny, the employee who sold me the two kits I paid over $200 for just HAPPENED to leave that out?! 0_0... We were not told to do this. Then I went back 3 days later, after the button stop working on the vape. In a round about way, we were called liars and that we were the ones who damaged it!!! We had gone there within hrs to have it exchanged or fixed or our money back.... Who the hell would buy a broken product on purpose? Much to my disappointment today (January 29, 2014), I went and bought yet ANOTHER vape battery and this one is also broken. The bottom of the battery encasing is loose and falls off the battery when held upright. I did some research online and found out that the battery is originally supposed to come in a case with a battery and spare tank... Yet they just sold the battery itself and made me purchase a battery on it's own... I went back within 2 hrs and immediately asked for my money back, to which I was then told, "We did not sell you a broken product, it was not broken when bought." 0_0 Ok, why on earth would I buy a broken battery. I argued that I wanted my money back and once again I was called a liar.... This is a horrible shop. DO NOT GO HERE, EVER. I was so upset I even cursed in the store (something way out of my character) and with that I got a grin and, "Have a nice day ma'am!" They enjoyed the fact I was upset. =( They then said I should super glue it!!! So, when I got home I looked at the battery and to my shocking surprise, it has already once been super glued!!!!!!!!! Talk about insane-- they are selling used, faulty, already super glued things to customers !!!!!!!!!! They don't even deserve one star

Poorly made glass with bad bowls and restricted airflow and extremely overpriced Awkward pushy arab owners and bummed out kids that don't know what quality glass is... Seen some fine ass girls that work there though. Shouts out to the girls, they earned the 2 stars

Horrible. Should to open at 10am waited for half an hour and never opened. Called another location & they said he may be in traffic. On a Saturday, there's zero traffic at this hour! Taking my business elsewhere!!!
