I wish I could give this place zero stars! The staff here are very rude. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. It's like all of their nice employees don't stay too long. I guess it's a requirement to be bit*hy while working there. I try to avoid this location as much as possible on my way to school.
Manager at this location is a "B____ "and it shows with the Nazi attitude of some of the assistant mgrs. never been treated so poorly by Starbucks staff.
I really wanted to like this Starbucks since it is so convenient, but every time I went there it was worse. There is no parking whatsoever, and the drive through seems to take forever! The employees here are the greatest and some are just downright rude. Also, they often give me frappuccinos that have huge ice chunks in them. :P They aren't the worst ever but I go out of my way to not go here.
very very slow and inefficient even when there are 7 employees working at the same time.
Terrible, awful customer service. Employees are only focused on drive-thru customers. Takes forever to get service inside. One time we went through the drive through and then parked and went inside to drink. Manager of this location is a lazy piece of work. Instead of helping the staff to move customers along during a rush, he stands outside and smokes and chitchats with other customers. Very annoying to see. Have not and will not return.
