New owners, But they still have great burgers, cold beer and great people. Biker friendly.
I've been frequenting this bar off and on for 30 years, loved it then, and love it now, so much so that i think i'll buy it... Love ya Charles!
This is a really laid-back and relaxed place. The staff have owned and run the place for who knows how long. The decor isn't fancy, nor is the food but the atmosphere is so very friendly and relaxed. Cruising through on bikes? Stop by. Bicycles? Same. Just out sightseeing, stop on in for a cold beer or ice tea and watch the world go by, slowly, on the road out front.
This is a little gem of a place that welcomes everyone.
Don't expect haute cuisine. Go for a burger. They rock. And a cold Shiner. And just chill out for a while and absorb some local flavor of life in the slower country lane.
