Dairy Queen

Michelle laughed at me and argued that they didn't have a product that I had just had a week before - Frozen Hot Chocolate. Rude customer service - I will not be back!
I've been here when it was full and empty, service was horrible both times. It takes 20 minutes minimum to get food, another 15 if you complicate the order with ice cream, and that'll be melted too. Do yourself a favor and go pick up some roadkill, it'll be faster and with better service. Don't plan on a restroom, cause those are closed too. The only reason it was one star is because I couldn't make it zero.
Worst Drive-thru in the country messes up orders all the time...SLOW!!!
This is the worst Dairy Queen in the world! How it passes a State health inspection I don't know. The speaker in the drive thru needs replaced, employees are rude and food is awful. I've lived in the area for years and tried it out to see if it has changed every year or so but the last visit will be my last. I'm shocked I've never had food poisoning from eating there.
Love dairy queen and it hurts me to say I do not like the Rhome Dairy Queen. Service is poor, servers are rude and management is a joke. My daughter went alone to pick up 6 blizzards and they started handing them out the window one by one. She asked for a carrier, the blizzards were melted and not correct. She told the server the blizzards were melted and she said "yeah", not a proper response. I called to complain, spoke with the manager who told me coming through the drive in and ordering that much is not a good idea, because they have to hold their headsets, take the order, put it in the computer but not the specific order and it is hard for them to remember what you order. Really? Maybe write it down? The manager was not interested in my complaint, she told me the blizzards were melted because they were having trouble with their machine. Could that not be explained? Hollis & Sue Jones usually have great restaurants, maybe someone from their corporate office needs to visit the Rhome location. Instead of being outstanding, it is mediocre, not the place it used to be. New management is in great need for the restaurant.
