I buy from many auction i did not know they be charge 50% fee for what you purchase and bids you won

We are an international buyers based in Saudi Arabia, we have been purchasing from individuals and dealers through Ebay, every body we dealt with up to that point were honest and clean, they most of the time exposed any thing wrong with the car, and when there was something wasn't mentioned because we didn't ask, it was however minor ... When we decided to expand our purchase resources to include COPART, we had in mind that we were going to be dealing with a professional company that cares for its reputation, investors and customers (as a company with stocks in the market) ... WE WERE WRONG! Our first purchase was a complete shock for us, it was that shiny Lexus 2007 Salvage Rebuilt "which is a clear title as per copart", pictures were amzing .. description was stating that there was no damage other than being "previously repaired", there was nothing wrong what so ever with the car - for that - we bid and won. Once the sale was over, hassle started .. 1- first it was the storage fees that never can be covered by our deposit, and you can not receive your cars even for 10 dollars shortage (never the less in the agreement, they stated that the deposit should be good to cover), no online payment method as it was available for subscriptions!!, so we had to send a wire for that little amount + more bank charges that takes 2 days to be delivered "which means two more days storage" and hopefully are considered in the amount you sent! 2- Then when we have received the car - THAT WAS THE SURPRISE ... NO WAY I WAS ABLE TO BELIEVE IT WAS THE CAR that we won!! - a piece of Junk - No car front at all - as it was eaten by a huge cutting machine ... 3- Smashed pieces were every where in the cabin 4- Rare lights were broken .. If it wasn't the same VIN number, I wouldn't believe it was my bought car... I realized then why were there no indication of customer care, understanding or at least being fair with us as a customer! I really wished that we have googled for reviews on this company before we relied on our good intentions and the false professional image of the company .. Now we can't but to agree on the negative opinions and experiences of other dealers in our area. Therefore, with complete feeling of being fair, honest and truthfull, we tell every body specially the international dealers, STAY AWAY FROM COPART .. THEY ARE CROOKS, TOTAL THEIVES AND DISHONEST NONE PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS ENTITY .. DO NOT TRUST THEM .. DO NOT EXPECT YOU WOULD GET THE SAME ITEM YOU PAID FROM YOUR OWN POCKET FOR!!!. The calculated cost on our behalf to rebuild the Junk we have received plus the purchase cost and shipping was going to be 57% higher than the average market price of this car type .. not only this, but we wouldn't be able to sell it because of a major damage on the chasis that wasn't repairable - eventually it was sent to a local junk yard for 17% of its cost!

yo compre una camioneta que fue vendida por ustedes pero aquí en guadalajara la procuraduría detuvo la camioneta por que el titulo es falso ustedes podrían expedir una copia del titulo certificada el numero de motor y todo coincide pero dicen que ala factura le falta la leyenda VOLD
