Great service, they are always cheerful and ready to help. What I get is.. Burrito bowl, mixed rice, mixed cheese, steak, little bit of veggies, refined beans, sour cream (that's extra by the way), and salsa. First bite and delicious!
The employees do work a little faster, but when one person is working the rest just stare. couldn't they offer to help? I love the original location, but the recipe tastes different. They are always running out of ingredients lately. still tasted good.
yuck...wanted a chipotle salad and for once there was not one nearby. So i tried this, won't make that mistake again. Not even close to chipotle.
This place is great. I definitely prefer it over Chipotle. They have more options(and plenty to work with if you dislike cilantro, unlike Chipotle) and their employees are all extremely personable. I agree that the tables are gross, but we almost always get our food to go so it's not a big deal to me. Service has been really quick every time I've been. So far I've never run in to a long line there at all(at most maybe two or three people ahead of me even when they're pretty busy). The food is all really good for this level of restaurant.
I love Freebird's, but this location is awful. The employees are the slowest batch of stoners I've ever seen. The post-grunge hipster attitude is so annoying that even the decent burritos can't make you overlook it. If you want good Freebird's, just drive to College Station, it's worth it. Never, ever eating here again.
