Too much competition out there for a smoke shop to offer zero warranty. We were sold a faulty vape pen (does not heat), and not a cheap one. We attempted to simply exchange for a unit that works correctly and were told, "all sales final". I will not be returning to any Easy's location; I'll go to one of the other 2 dozen vape shops between where I live and anywhere I go.

This place calls itself a "Smoke" shop, but they do not carry but a couple of brands of cigarettes, Marlboro and Camel, at almost 7 bucks a pack!! NEVER will I visit the place again! Whew, what a failure it is.
