Reviews
Many waiter's passed us, but no one came to take a drink order. After 20 minutes a waitress rushed breathlessly, said she had been busy (the restaurant was half empty and we hadn't seen her the entire time) She took our order, stopped once to say the food would be out soon. It wasn't. She then dropped off our meals and rushed off before I could point out that she brought the wrong order. We didn't see her again until I had eaten a good part of what she brought, When she returned to ask how it was, I told her it wasn't what I had ordered. She said she would get the manager. Later a woman was walking around asking how things were. She had no clue that there was a problem. She was defensive and did not do anything about it. She argued with me for a while until I told her we were done talking. A woman at another table told me that this was common there. This waitress didn't write down the orders, that appeared to be procedure. Management seems more interested in upsetting customers than satisfying them.
