May-21-2014 I would advise NOT to eat at this location EVER .We receiving our drink order for lunch today 40 minute passes and no food I asked what was taking so long getting our food and was told by our waiter NOT to eat it that he was quitting . He explained that apparently the girl that was seating my family had taken offence to me requesting a particular table . She and others were tampering with the food in the back. This girl saluted my wife and kids as they walked out the door flipped off me and my 86 year old mother as we were leaving . Our waiter was getting in his car in the parking lot and I wish I could have shook his hand . That young man had guts to quit his job and not participate in this . I will NEVER set foot in this poor excuse of a restaurant.

worst service ever! actually we never got any service or a hi , how are you once we were seated... sat for 15 minutes...looked over the menu then another couple was seated in the booth next to our table..... not even a minute passed and a waiter came over and greeted the other couple... we immediately got up and walked out. wont be back there for awhile! never got that crappy of service there before.

Waitress was to busy talking to friends to do her job. Our food all came out wrong but she never came by for us to tell her. Then when we finished eating it took 33 minutes to get our heck with very fussy babies. The manger said it wasn't her fault because she put our order in wrong and tried to over charge us. He then kept trying to give me back my coupons saying i shouldn't use it now and save it for another time because he felt i could save more money if i used it on a different day. I had to argue with him that no i was using it now. I only ordered the appetizer cause it was free. Oh and don't order appetizers they will take 20 minutes and meals will come out less than 5 minutes after.

Worst service ever at a Fridays!! Waited 10 minutes for server just take drink order. Staff was loud and unruly and extremely unprofessional. Ordered steaks medium came rare as u can get. Manager refused to comp any part of the meal at all and threatened to call the cops when we said we weren't gonna pay for the meal. All because We spoke to him after the meal despite the fact I only ate my broccoli as I couldn't eat the steak and my wife only ate her veggies. Maybe we should have spoke to him earlier but with the entire staff all joking, loud and obviously very unprofessional as well as immature we were genuinely concerned one of them would do something to our food. Its not like we ate the whole meal and then complained I just didn't want spit in my food and with that group of employees that is exactly what would have happened. Come on Fridays!! Really?!?! Never been treated like that at Fridays ever!
