I just spent 24 minutes on the phone on hold to ask if a video game was in stock. I called as I left my house, and I had time to DRIVE TO THE STORE before they picked up the phone and told me they didn't have it. It wasn't even a busy day. how do I know this? Because I was in the parking lot when I finally got off of hold. Took three phone calls. First call lasted four minutes before I hung up to call back in hopes of their phones having problems. Second call, I was on hold for 20-21 minutes, and third finally got me through.
Horrible. Got sent from store to a specific other location by the Automotive cashier with a none working battery under warranty- When met by former family -let pubic be aware Wal-Mart gives first year employees-permissions to endanger,lie, and send you,into places they-set for abuse engagements-worse than Jerry Springier.
Overnight truck parking is no longer allowed. It was starting to get out of hand.
