My husband and I drove 1hr 1/2 to eat at Joe's Crab Shack, we had to wait for over 45 min to be seated. We got to our table and waited for over 15min before someone finally took our drink order. We went ahead and ordered everything when our waiter finally arrived at our table. We ordered the stuff mushrooms, that use to be 3 big mushrooms stuffed and cheese melted over them. When we got them there was probably five tiny mushrooms with a bunch of cheese melted over them. We ordered the crab leg buckets (king crab) which is $27 we got two small claws, two tiny poatatoes and one ear of corn!!!! Service was bad through the whole meal!! I was very disappointed and still hungry!!!
Went on a first date with lady I wanted to impress, first date, wanted to make good impression. Ordered Lobster Daddy Feast, service was great, WORST seafood I've ever put in my mouth!!! Lobster was tough and chewy, crab legs rubbery, best part of the pot was the tiny shrimp, trust me, go to Red Lobster, this place sucks.
After reading the reviews I was worried but decided to give it a try. Food was great, served quickly and hot. Service was awesome. We plan to go back once a week or so.

We visited here for the first time on Saturday Feb 23, 2013. The staff was very friendly we had a short wait to be seated, and was given a menu to look over while we waited. As soon as we were seated out waitress Miss Katie was right there to take our drink order. When we told her it was our first time at Joe's she offered great advice on different menu items and explained how all the utensils worked to crack open the lobster and crab legs. She was very busy, yet took time each trip to ask about refills or desserts. We even had time to look around the gift shop to get t-shirts before dessert arrived. The food was great, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was exciting and I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. We will be returning soon.
