I go there for lunch and thankfully the person I was meeting already had gotten a table. It took the waitress over 5 minutes to come once I sit down. She takes our order and says she will be right back with chips and salsa, and never comes back. The order was simple, soup/salad combo and lunch quesadilla with fries, yet it took 25 minutes to come out and the chips and salsa still hasn't made it out. When the waitress checks on us I'm told she'll be back with some water for my empty glass. It takes about 8 minutes before she comes back with drinks for another table and not my water. The only reason I give it two stars is, although I was in a hurry and had to scarf the food down, it did taste ok, especially the potato soup. But I definitely won't come back, at least for lunch.
Worst service I've ever experienced. I haven't had to walk out of a restaurant before, but did tonight. I will make sure to never go to this Chili's location again. They will not be getting any of my future business.
I wish I could tell you guys more but after being seated and waiting for 15 mins we left because no one ever came over to serve my party and I ..Chilli's was a poor experience
This is my favorite Chilis in the city. They have always provided me with great customer service and the place always seems to be upbeat. I have never been dssapointed with my meals at this Chilis. I go here at least once a month and I recommend this place to everyone.
