I have been a loyal Sam's customer forever. However, I am feedup with the lack of customer service at this location. It seems like I had noticed how poor this store is in this very important area of service. I am moving on. A week ago I was trying to purchase tires and an attendant asked me what kind of tires I needed, then ignored me for about two minutes while he started a conversation with another attendant. I walked away. Yesterday while checking out, the attendant rudely placed her hand out to give me my receipt, while talking to another employee. She raised her voice when I didn't take the receipt. My eyes were on the merchandise and of coarse she was't talking to me. She just waved the receipt and scolded me, do you want this? I don't think this is what Sam's planned, but this is how this store is run. I will go to Costco!
