WOLFCHASE HONDA

This company has very low integrity. I bought a car in at the end of December 2014. I was told and reassured this this car had been well checked over and fixed any of the problems that it had when they brought it on the lot. Less than a month later I took my car into the shop because it was giving me some trouble. Come to find out the transmission was shot. The mechanic was shocked to know that I had bought it a few weeks ago. He said, "this transmission is obviously in horrible condition." That being said, it is hard for me to believe that this company has any integrity with putting trustworthy cars on the lot because they knowingly sold me a lemon. When I called the dealership to tell them about the problem I was informed that they couldn't do anything for me. Thats poor business! I would highly advise you to go elsewhere when you buy a car because this place doesn't seem like they have much interest in satisfying the customer.

The repair service is way too expensive. They just charged me $650.85 to put a starting motor on my Odyessey. Oh, better than that. They put a remanufactured starter on my car and I did not find out until I looked at the bill. I was charged $294 for a rebuilt starter and $275 in labor. I can buy a rebuilt starter at the local part store for $140 bucks. The bill does not say how long it took to change the part. All they put is the total labor cost of $275. I don't think they want you to know they are charging $110.00 dollars an hour while spending less than an hour doing the work. BEWARE before you get ripped off!

Well I would love to describe my experience. It was lacking. I went to the dealership today to look at a new car for my wife's retirement (Navy) I walked around the showroom, sat in some cars in the showroom. Walked the entire lot, but for some strange reason I could not attract the attention of a sales person to help me, though several walked by me. So I drove to Auto Nation. They were glad to help me.

Salesperson named Jason is the worst! I live a couple of hours away from Memphis and wanted to check to see if I was approved before I drove the distance. I guess the vehicle I wanted wouldn't make him enough money because he constantly put me off and promised to call back but I never heard from him and finally gave up on calling. Very unprofessional individual that I would never want to do business with!

First of all Honda recalled my car due to Airbag and CD player issue. I should have checked these reviews prior scheduling a service with this dealer. This place is not a place to take your car too because you will waste your time, bad customer service, unprofessional, ignorant agent, and lot of WE ARE SORRY...... I called one day prior to my visit and i was scheduled to come at 9AM. I then called the day of my appointment to know if i should drop off my car and come back later to get it after service, and a lady on the phone told me to come at 2:30PM. According to her i shouldn't have to drop off my car because it is just minor issues. I am not sure what she is referring as minor issue but this car (Honda Odyssey 2012) was recalled by Honda due to defect related to Driver Side Air Bag that won't pop up as it should. the second issue could be related to minor since it is DVD player issue. Anyway, i come there on time and i was directed to the service area where 3 agents were sitting, talking and laughing like wild animal in the jungle. Some of them by passed me like i was invisible, neglected me just like nothing. I guess i deserved my treatment since i am the one who bought an Honda instead of another car and also call to make an appointment. At least one guy stopped a told me that he is busy and that someone else will get back to me. I waited for 30 minutes no one even bother stop to ask me if i am getting some help. I decided to leave since my business was not welcomed there, but i felt so mad that i decided at least to tell them that there service sucks and that this place should only serve some people, and not all Honda customers. One thing i noticed also was that one lady not to mentioned white just drove in and they all jumped at her like she was a god (i should have known better since this State still live in the 1800's). Again, i will not recommend this place to no one, and hope that Honda think twice before giving right to this dealer to sell their car. I love Honda and all my cars are so far Honda, and i even promoted Honda in my family. Couple people started to use Honda and now here is what i deserve a useless dealer who just made his way out of the small league to join the big lead and already started to mess up Honda Brand. Very poor customer service, and they always argue with customers. Also what out those 5 stars comments, most of them are fake from the guys working there. Hope you save your time and money.
