Went here on a Sunday with friends as tourist. We come from Saint Louis, so we know our fried chicken. It was great! I had chicken and fries, everything was cooked to perfection, chicken was nice and juicy with a tinge of spiciness. The cost didn't break the bank for a meal. I'm excited that they are now expanding to my area in Spring 2015.
called, was put on hold for 6 minutes meanwhile I hear them conversing about their personal lives so I hang up thinking that she forgot about me. Went to call back and the phone is off the hook, been calling for the past 20 minutes.
NEVER TRY TO CALL - They will answer and put the phone down leaving it off the hook. Especially if its close to closing time! Or like other people are saying ... they will just forget about you on hold. This has happened the past 4 or 5 times I have called.
Very, very, very unacceptably slow and poor service. I've never written a review on here before but felt compelled to make sure no one else received this poor service. Avoid!
Called in to place a to go order. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes and no one ever came back to the phone. Meanwhile, I could hear employees chit chatting about their personal lives. I'm new to Memphis and this location was recommended to me. Not a great 1st impression. Please use your mute button when placing customers on hold!
