I decided to run inside for my coffee rather than waiting in the drive-thru and thought that it would also make my experience better. As a barista at a different coffee shop, I understand that morning shifts are rough...but not so rough that you can't put on a smile to greet your customers. I asked what coffees were brewed and ordered a Grande Soy Misto with the Verona blend. After receiving my coffee, I noticed my ticket said "breve" (the complete opposite of soy). If I had time I would've asked if they could remake it, but judging from other reviews I've read, I doubt if I would have been met with the courteous customer service that Starbucks is typically known for. As a Gold Card member and frequent coffee shop patron, this is very disappointing.
My wife and I have been drinking Starbucks for about 10 yrs now. We use to travel from NC to Fl and have been at every Starbucks from here to there. I have never needed to say anything bad about any of the hundreds we have visited. My wife also became a Barista at one of our local Starbucks while in between jobs. But the Starbucks in Greer, SC on Wade Hampton Blvd really got me mad. They told me that they would not refill my plain Pikes Place Grande coffee for the refill price. I gave them my cup that I just bought there about 3 hrs earlier. I just called Starbucks and they did say that it was a company policy that there was a refill price on same day coffee. So I have been trying to call that store and talk to the manager because I have just been transferred by my company and this Starbucks is right across the street. But I get a message saying "Hello, No one is available to take my call, please leave a message at the tone". And it's a computer voice, not even a real person. I just got through after 5th try. I talked with Vickie the store manager and she is checking the policy and will get back to me. I did give her my Number.I hope that this will be the last time I have to write anything about a Starbucks. I hope that this manager will take care of me as a good customer service retail manager should. Glenn H
This location is my very least favorite location out of all Starbucks locations. I get Starbucks coffee almost every day. This location manages to get my order wrong almost every time, and when it is right, it still tastes bad. Also, the staff are rude. They blame the customer for making the order wrong, even when the receipt proves differently. I have found myself going to the Starbucks location in the Target right down the street. The drinks at the Target Starbucks are so much better but lacks a large selection of food. It only took two visits before the staff at the Target Starbucks remembered my order; the staff at this location have yet to acknowledge me as a regular.

I always get excellent service at this starbucks. I actually drive a little further just to go to this specific location because the staff is so good! They always make my drinks the way I want them and always have enough staff working to take care of the customers. I appreciate that, since some of the starbucks in Spartanburg seem to always have a wait.
