Kinda hard to move around in that place, I guess that's a good thing from the business side..
My girlfriend and I have been going to R&B for the last 3 months. She has lived on Greer for 2 years and never frequented the local establishments. The food is good and the entertainment has been enjoyable. The service has been horrible everytime we have gone. It seems they only have 2 servers on regardless of the level of business they have. The servers are stretched to the max and its all they can do to make it to your table to get your drink order. We were there 10-23-13 it was the 1st time we have been there during the week. It was Wingsday and the place was packed. The service was slow and poor at best. I dont blame the servers it wasnt their fault. Our drinks took forever to get we had to go to the bar to get them the food took forever and when it came it was wrong. The manager came to my table and snatched the wings from me and said I should have known it wasnt my order???? We will continue to frequent R&B we like the enviorment and the fact we dont have to travel to Greenville to go out for a night of entertainment
I wouldn't go here for the food. I guess that was our mistake. Most of our orders were messed up or the menu was wrong and they "changed it" without mentioning that until food arrived. Also, there is a credit card fee of $1 that they don't mention and will accidentally forget to remove even if you pay with cash. And now it's raining... great. Still waiting on my replacement sandwich... waiting... ... And they ran out of coleslaw and said nothing until the order arrived and everyone had already left and I paid. Worst place ever.
Charged a "credit card fee" of $1 to my bill before I even paid... be sure to check your receipt. Food was alright. Wild Ace, right down the street, has better wings and a better beer selection.
Surprised by the quality of the food. Bleu cheese was pretty terrible though. Wings were a great value on Wednesday, but they definitely don't earn the "and Brews" in their name, with only 5 beers including no notable micro-brews on tap. Also, they don't warn about the $1 fee for using a credit card when paying, and that hardly seems honest, or a standard business practice. Of course, I'm only noting the negative...the atmosphere was nice, service was decent, and the live music was nice.
