Nice and clean, usually well stocked. However, they constantly rotate the gluten free items so you get used to one item and then it disappears. The customer service is usually lousy. And they just shut down their photo lab (which NEVER had someone there) without bothering to give their customers any warning. Basically, customer service seems to be an afterthought.
I used to shop at walmart ,always long wait times and they never have shelfs stocked,I will shop other stores before returning to walmart again.
The associates in the Garden area, Sporting Goods and the Pharmacy area are always very helpful, smiling, and very nice to us when we are in this store. This store carries most all the items, we use and is clean and convenient for us so we do not have to make trips to many other stores.They have a great electronic area and Sporting good supply. My Grand kids love the well stocked toy and book areas. If they do not have an item on the shelves that I need then they are very courteous about ordering it for us, letting us know when it is due to arrive or when it can be shipped to our home, which is a great convenience for my wife. Produce is the only item she refuses to buy.
They are making money by not giving all the bags and that's twice that's happened to me. Then they restock it and make 200% profit. Both times, no effort was made to let me know and I promise you that the cashier knew before I hit the door. That's reverse shoplifting and I will go to target from now on. It's because of the way that the check out is situated, if the cashier does not turn it towards you, it stays. My guess is that this has happened to a lot of people at Walmart and at this location, the management and company knows it is happening because they are restocking these items and they are just happy to reap profits they didn't earn.
So rude! This is the most ill-mannered store anyone could shop at. Employees are idiots, management are morons and if you need help forget about finding anyone willing. They know people will shop here regaurdless of customer service and that is why they don't care about hiring anyone worth a damn.
