Wife and I stopped for Sunday lunch. Food was fantastic. I would give 5 stars but the organic milkshake is pure milk. Very disappointing. My wife's ice cream, and the overall meal, were great, though.
This restaurants is AMAZING!! We have been eating here for 3 yrs now- they have grown busier and busier for a reason, THEY HAVE GREAT FOOD. The staff is always friendly, and they have something on the menu for anyone we eat with: super healthy vegans, dessert lovers, meat and potatoes, vegetarians...and everything is made from scratch. This is food you take you time and enjoy every bite...with the confidence of knowing it is 100% organic and totally fresh. Once you eat here, its hard to eat anywhere else.
We went for the first time last night. Nice small place with a good variety on the menu. It was pretty crowded and we had to wait a long time for our food but the service was excellent. I think they just might need more help. Would go again.
I have visited Everyday Organic periodically for close to 2 years now, and generally had good service. But last night, after I walked and sat down, I waited 10 minutes before I was even greeted by the server. Plus before talking to me,she assisted another party that came after me before taking my order. When I did order, what I wanted was not available, and no attempts to find a satisfactory substitute were offered. So I simply got up and left. This morning, I called to speak with the manager, and was told I could express my dissatisfaction to the manager. After that comment, my call was disconnected. I tried to call back, and my first call was ignored. I called me a second time, and was curtly told that that manger was too busy to speak to me, and that I could express my dissatisfaction in writing if I so chose too. I use to like this place, and this is the first negative review I have ever written of restaurant in Greenville. But based on my experience last night and this morning, I don't intend to ever visit the place again, and would strongly urge others to avoid doing business with them. If customer satisfaction is not one of their reasons for existing, then I have no interest in supporting them with my money or time.
