Absolutely amazing service! My car broke down and I was able to get my car in the shop and fixed in a few hours. Jason was a sweetheart, and they were nice enough to bring me to and from the shop. I had just moved to the area and did not know any mechanics or anyone to refer me anywhere, but I am glad I found a good place so close to home. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was zero hassle, and I'll be able to get to work tomorrow :)
Used to be the best mechanic shop in Greenville IMO, but now, not so much. Don't get me wrong, Kurt knows his stuff and is an outstanding mechanic, however, once you start hiring employees and not doing the work yourself then things get overlooked. Not only do you pay a premium now, but customer service isn't very good at all. I had to call several times to check on my vehicle AFTER the time when they said they would call me. Bottom line is that the job will get done, but it will cost a good bit and you may have to stay on top of them.
Excellent courteous prompt customer service and they take great care of my car! I have been going to them for 5 years.
Everyone is nice and helpful. They always remember my name when I come in. I love going to mastertech's because if the part doesn't need to be replaced they will recommend not doing it and if it does they can and will recommend the least expensive route to a repair.
I have been in Greenville driving three different cars for the past 15 years and these guys are the best in town. Period.
