Excellent place. The drive through gets a little slow because they take your order and make it while you sit at the window. But if you go inside, they are very quick and friendly. Delicious mochas. I really love their strawberry smoothie. And the sour cream pound cake is divine!

Speaking of Customer service, the Mauldin location has a lot to learn. My Daughter and I patonoize this establishment daily in route to work. On a particular morning while waiting in the drive thru line behind a customer being served, I noticed what appeared to be a lot of personal chatting between the service girl in the window and the party in the car ahead of us. It was obvious they knew each other so even though I was running late for work, I decided to be a patient. Well that patience turned into an 8 minute wait! I honked my horn to alert the girl at the window that a line was forming behind me and to end the socializing because I had to go to work. She gave me a nasty look and when It was my turned to be served, the attitude was disgusting. My daughter and I spend an average of $7 everyday ($140/mo!), I think as loyal customers, we deserved better treatment. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT, I DON'T FORSEE THE MAULDIN JAVA JOLT BEING IN BUSINESS VERY LONG.
