sucky didnt get my order because i couldnt place it because the guy in the drive thru kept talking over me , also called to complain the person answering the phone told the supervisor he needs an adult on the phone .....worst service ever........ then the supposed shift didnt even invite me back for anything or handle there issue.
It took me 20+ minutes to get my coffee in the drive through. I was late to my conference at the Doubletree in Greentree because of this.
Fast service and quality coffee make this place one of my favorite Starbucks. They have a nice-size cafe, with a big table on one side that perfect for small business meetings. Indeed, this seems to be a prime place for interviewers to meet their prospects, as see such meetings happening here all the time. A small patio area is also present. The only downside of this Starbucks is the parking lot. It's filled to capacity most of time, forcing patrons to either park in the fire lane (if they're just making a quick stop) or to use the drive thru (which is incredibly slow-moving).
One of the slowest Starbucks (which I understand due to the high traffic) BUT also one of the most rude locations.
Drive thru was the slowest ever! We waited 25 mins to get our coffees. Once you are in line their drive thru is set up that you cannot get out.
