Walmart of Oxford, OH has to be the worst Walmart on the face of the planet. If you need food, save your money and hitch a ride to Kroger! For anything else, you've better know what it is and where it's located because no one will help you find it! Not because they don't want to help, it's just that they don't know where it is either. If you have a question about something, use google or ask a neighbor. Don't bother calling because no one answers the phone! If someone does answer prepare to pull your hair out because they tell you "I'm not sure about that can you hold on" and leave you on hold. Then about every five minutes or so they will check on you to see if you're still there. It's like they're trying to piss you off! The employees have to be the most incompetent, ignorant group of hill billy's I have ever seen! It's almost like they're trying to go out of business!
In short, this Walmart has terrible customer service and the employees make it obvious that they do not care about your shopping experience. I have had the pleasure of standing around for 30 minutes waiting for help at the customer service station, just to put this comment in perspective. I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you can, particularly if you are looking for help in the sporting and gun department.
sucks I work there and its horrible so all the negative comments you all leave I agree the people that work at Walmart are very rude during the day but the night crew 3rd shift where they're really nice if people have the time to come in between 10pm-7am you will get great service even though that's sad to say that you have to come that late just to get good service is ridiculous

Service here is absolutely horrible if you want anything out of Walmart's draconian "secure" displays. Save yourself some time and drive to Hamilton, yes it is that bad.
