Skippers is great for people watching on the patio. They serve beer towers and fried bar food. The food is good and the location is right Uptown. And next door to Bagel & Deli (yum).
Burgers are worth every penny, especially on Monday when they come with fries and a drink! Best deal in Oxford.
I ordered a Mandarin salad by looking on the web. There is no description what comes on it, so be careful. Blue cheese? Really? Also, no chicken. Just a big bowl of iceberg lettuce (tiny strips of carrot and purple cabbage) with some almonds, cranberries(?) and mandarin orange slices on top.
Skippers Pub, please describe your salads online! Otherwise your menu is close to worthless.
Fantastic Gyros. Beer selection is lacking, but that's alright, it's a college bar and is to be expected.
