I've been at the locations many times in Kettering, Springboro, and even at Bridgewater Falls in Fairfield. The restaurant in Oxford cannot live up to the quality food standards which I have always known. After my third bad experience, when I received cold food, I decided will no longer eat at that particular location. Another downside is that they do not have wing specials on Tuesdays anymore because it is a college town.

Always a fantastic meal here. I usually just do Wing nights and stop in for the occasional burger but the food is always fantastic. I had one bad experience where the wings were basically dry, but upon taking it back I got 20 fresh wings (I ordered 12 originally), 2 free drinks while waiting and a $5 gift certificate. All of this no questions asked! If you ever have a problem here just talk to a manager and they will fix it! Highly recommended !
The food was good, hot and delicious. The server didn't bring out our food someone else did. She was very slow at checking back on us, and the place was empty. The drinks were a little pricey but that is to be expected. I'll go back hopefully I don't have the same server.
