I live relatively close to this Wal-Mart, and from time to time I need to purchase money orders and always buy them from Wal-Mart for the convenience while I'm getting groceries. I shop for groceries there at least twice a week. There customer service department is the very worst out of the 7 Wal-Marts in my town. I truly wish this could be addressed. I see plenty of employees and only 1 person working the counter, and I'm 10th in line

Put in a photo poster order online for on-site pick up. That much was good. Left my home ten minutes early just so that I could stop by this Walmart to pick the print up s this Walmart is only a block from my home. It should have taken five minutes tops to go in and pick it up seeing as to how I had already paid online. I was wrong. Not only was the actual photo counter very hard to find, once I got to the counter I waited ten minutes before anyone even came to the desk. During the time I was standing there waiting, four associates passed right by me and didn't even turn to ask if I'd been helped or call someone to help me. When the photo center worker finally came back, he didn't say "sorry for the wait," or "how can I help you." He simply said "Last name?" It took him five minutes of shuffling around very slowly before he finally located my print, and even asked me if I was sure the name I had said was in fact correct. It's my last name, I'm pretty sure I would remember that. Then when he finally found it, he tried to double charge me! And when I started to make a fuss about it, he acted as if he hadn't actually tried to charge me again. I will NEVER be using this Walmart ever again. I will spend the extra dollar just for someone who cares that I'm taken care of.

Had my oil changed here they let the air out of my tires when I asked him to fill it back up to what I had it they argued with me reason I didn't do it myself because I didn't have time

I have shopped this Walmart for many years now, ever since it first opened. I have always found the employees very friendly and helpful in every department. I have transferred all our prescriptions to this store several years ago and receive excellent service and attention from all the pharmacists and assistents.

I called this pharmacy to have my script transferred because as a truck driver its easier to get into walmart than walgreens. I explained that I only fill a week at a time and needed to be able to pick it up anywhere. They transferred my script and didn't tell me that I would only be able to refill it at their pharmacy because of the type of medication it is. Each walmart is on separate system and can't transfer between pharmacys for that kind of script. ALL WALGREENS ARE CONNECTS AND YOU CAN PICK IT UP ANYWHERE SO NOW I HAVE TO PRAY THAT GOD WILL GROVES A LOAD BACK TO SPRINGFIELD FOR MY PAIN MEDICINE OR I WON'T BE ABLE TO WORK. What I dent understand is I explained my situation to Julie and obviously she didn't listen to a thou I said. If she would have told me that if I transferred it there that I couldn't pick up my refill anywhere else I would have NEVER LEFT WALGREENS. They might be little more expensive but at least WALGREENS HAS HONEST PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM WHO CARE AND MOAT OF ALL LISTEN.
