Bought some chicken@ Chester 's . Thought there was a law that limits the number of baby chickens corporations can kill yearly. Legs r smaller than my thumb. Since I'm paying for it, would rather get the ones pumped full of steroids n hormones. They r plumper n don't dry out as quick. Will stick to coffee n biscuits if i ever hav to come back. Potatoes r good. Not a totally negative review.
Pathetic service. I used to stop there on my way to and from the Ozarks, until one day their pump malfunctioned and repeatedly cancelled the transaction. After lot's of waiting in multiple lines, and being directed to and fro without getting gas, the attendent told me that I was welcome to take my business, and crappy attitude elsewhere. When I informed them I was a retired, national service mgr. for a major oil company, and asked for the name & number of the attendents supervisor, her partner tried to mislead me by giving me the name & number of someone else, not her supvr. I used my credit card without issue at the circle K just up the hgwy, and will be stopping there on future trips. Not worth the trouble, especialy considering the traffic in the area, and how difficult it can be to get in and out of the station.
