They sold bike that was already being purchases and screwed up credit app then blamed me when I have copies of credit app showing info provided was correct.. worst place ever to do business ..don't waste your time or breath on them.
They have promised to come pick up my bike and fix it multiple times. I've got plenty of money to take care of the repairs, just no way to get it there. When I called the first time, they told me that wasn't a problem, they'd come get it for free! It's been nearly a month now, and I've scheduled multiple appointments for their driver to come get it, all of which got cancelled because of one excuse or another. (Van broke down, driver called in sick, driver was too busy, driver forgot). I chose to work with Honda of the Ozarks because they are a licensed dealer and thought they would be professional and quick. I have come to realize this is not the case. My money will be spent elsewhere.
I've had much better service at other Honda dealerships. I spoke with the owners son and it was clear he didn't know his stuff and was quite full of himself. I recommend going elsewhere.
I am commenting about Honda of the Ozarks service department. I have had some miner issues with them, but in the end they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. The service Manager T.C. got personally involved with my situation and made me feel like it was a priority for him and his staff. I would recommend this service department highly.
Top-notch service and competitive prices when compared to other shops in the area. I plan to go back to them when I need something else done on the bike.
