Coffee was bitter and chalky. I think they need to clean their pot better and more often. Money down the drain.

I have been through the drive thru many times. Today for the 1st time my daughter and I decided to eat inside. We got there at approximately 2:00, past the lunch rush. After We placed our order, we looked around for a CLEAN place to sit, couldn't find but only 1 small table that didn't have trash all over it. Many empty tables, all were covered with food, trash etc... When I picked up my order, I went over to get the drinks filled, the entire counter was filthy! There wasn't a dry place to sit my tray down without getting it covered with soda. I held the tray in my hand while I filled the drink cups, then I noticed that my large order of fries, was about half way full and mostly ends of fries and mostly all over cooked. I took them to the counter and ask for a new order, I didn't even get an I'm sorry from the girl. While sitting and eating, looking around the place I noticed that it is filthy. There is dirt, grime build up all over. At one point I noticed at least 5 people behind the counter, with no customers and none of them came out to clean the tables. I went into the ladies room, and found it to be disgusting as well. The baby changing station was dirty! Crime on the baseboards, when I came out of the stall a worker was in there cleaning, she put down a wet floor sign, but never mopped. She took a cloth and barely rubbed it across the sink counters, she left and never went back in with a mop. I've got to say that I've been in McDonalds all across the country and this is by far the dirtiest one I've ever been in. One of the girls working behind the counter was wearing her black pants so long that she was walking on about two inches of the pants. I noticed too most of the employees didn't seem to care if their uniforms were worn professionally. When we left my daughter asked to speak to the manager (Mike), she told him all of the above, he didn't apologize, ask what he could do to make our experience better, offer a free meal, or even basically apologize for the mess, he seemed to have an I don't care attitude. I know lots of unemployed young men that would love to have his job! If I owned that store, I'd be sending in some secret shoppers to keep an eye on that. I won't be going to that McDonalds ever again.

Heat index over 100°. I ask why I didn't get my cup n get told that it comes when my food comes out. The lunch shift manager was rude about it with the store manager here.

manager daron on the midnight shift was very rude after I complained about them putting onions on my burger. fried were mostly cold he said that I ate half of them I only ate two then he shut the window in my face n wouldnt refund my money
