Delicious, tasteful atmosphere, the best seafood and wait staff in Springfield, very good steaks (especially for the price), and excellent happy hour specials! My favorite is the Salmon Oscar; where else can you go and get FRESH salmon with a pound of fresh lump crab on top? And for under $30?
Our go to place for great food and spectacular service. As a diabetic, the kitchen is accommodating with regards to special dietary requirements.
You would think for a place that charges over $30 for a steak and potato (salad is extra) that they could keep the air conditioning cool enough that you don't sweat while you're eating!! Ridiculious!! Jimm's is WAY better, better atmosphere and half the price..

My husband and I have never been disappointed at Flame. In fact it is our gold standard when comparing other steak restaurants. We have traveled to Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, and New Orleans trying to find a better steak establishment. Thus, far we have not found one. We are so blessed to have this establishment in 417-Land. The service is ALWAYS First class! It is our go-to-place if we have childcare. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere.
