Metro Appliances & More

I remodeled our kitchen and purchased a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The products were the exact same as I could have purchased at Homedepot or Lowes but at a much lower price. The sales staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable about their merchandise with my experience. I also bought a dryer that was cheaper than any of the other in town and online stores, it was new, plus I like the fact they take care of you by giving you the "extras" that you would have to buy and other stores. ie...power cord($30) and vent tubing. Love or leave 'em, I love 'em! Thank you Metro! :)
We bought our stove there, the price was not good, basically retail, we could had bought anywhere for the same price. So don't expect a deal. They had the color we wanted and it was in stock. We have never owned a glass top stove before and had no idea how much of a maintenance hog it was going to be. When we called and asked why does the stove top have black and brown stains all over it just from boiling water, they really didn't have a good answer. I told them that we would have to return it because it was just so gross looking and we couldn't get it off. They told us to use a razor blade to clean the stove top. And that returns are not an options. Even though it was less than 24 hours. So why pay retail if the service sucks?
As an electrical company, we install a lot of commercial and residential appliances, and we have loved the quality of Metro's products and their ability to perform year after year. Also love the vast selection they offer for our clients as well.
