great coffee and staff to bad i live so far away :'(
Absolutely the best espresso and lattes I've had, and I've compared many. The food is very good, too -- plenty of lighter options, everything made to order.
Prices are very reasonable, especially for a quality product.
Not once have I had truly bad service here, and my drink or food is almost always exceptional. The ONLY caution is that the line can back up for quite a while in the mornings or at lunch time -- I've waited up to 20 minutes to get a drink, but I learned to simply not go during the busiest times and now rarely wait more than 2-3 minutes.
Out-of-town guests also rave about the quality and flavor of the products. I've even had people request Coffee Jam on subsequent visits a full year apart.
The Coffee Jam is an absolute gem. I regret living within 2 miles for 3 years before trying them and becoming a fan.
My co workers and I went there for lunch and the place is great!! I ordered the soup and salad and got more food than I expected! The prices were fairly decent too!
