I went there the other night, and the Baritas working were very RUDE! I asked the young lady if she knew how to make a drink that wasn't very common, her reply was "we have a book to tell us" in a very unpleasing tone. At first I asked for a tall, but then changed my mind and asked for the next size up, the young man said no problem and when he told the young lady, rudely once more the told him NO, then looked at me. The manger Paul is also very rude. Makes me feel unwelcome every time I come in to get a coffee, and my friends as well. I don't think he should be running the store if he can't lead by example the proper way. There is only two people that work there that do make me feel welcome, and are nice, friendly people. Not to mention, the coffee is starting to taste worse and worse every time I go there.
Very friendly people working in the morning. They always make my day a little brighter and they make my Mocha Caramel just the way I like it
Paul and Katherine, excellent employees. Very nice and helpful.Their store is my favorite.
The woman who had rung me up was not all that competent, and I actually totaled up the order faster than she and another training employee did. Nonetheless, the person who made my coffee was very social and pleasant to talk to, and the cinnamon turkey harvarti bagel I had was amazing.
Love the store..atmosphere its kinda cold though
