I love Tim Horton's, so I have no problem with the food or decor. However, the service here is sub-par at best. There are times when my wait is exceptionally long and it is because of being short staffed. They routinely have two people working when it is clear they should have three or four. This morning I had to wait a good minute before someone even opened the drive-thru window and I only ordered a coffee, when they did open it I was greeted with a not-so-friendly mumble of my total, not even a "Good morning" or anything like that. They're very lucky I love the food and selection, otherwise I would certainly have found my fix somewhere else.
