Todd Wenzel Chevrolet

Worst place ever!!! Was told I had an oil change appointment by one of the "service writers." I show up for appointment and was told they dont make appointments and that it is about a 2 hour wait... What the hell kind of a place is this? I will NEVER go back, and I advise no one else to go either...
What a great place! Great staff, very friendly and informative. Couldn't be happier since I bought my first car from Todd Wenzel! Alex was a great help in this overwhelming process and helped me make an informed decision.
Too old school process, takes way to long to negotiate the price. Getting to a real price took WAY to long. A vetern salesman shouldn't have to talk to manager 5 times to get a price in 2015!
It looks like the oil change service has not improved over the last years. I went there with my wife and mother-in-law after breakfast to get the oil changed. I was told it would be a 1-1/2 hour wait to get in to service, this is ridiculous. I left. To use this "fabulous" service, I would need to drive 20 minutes one way (40 min. round trip) then spend 1-1/2 hour waiting for service and another 20 or so minutes to get the oil changed. This would be a 2-1/2 hour excursion just to change oil in a vehicle that can be done in 1/2 hour max (including driving time) in any other venue that does this work. I cannot make a appointment and plan the day around this. They would not give me a number, so I could leave and do something else with my time while the service cleared out. I did not ask, but I am sure they would not give me a loner car or take me home and pick me up while they work on the oil change. The sales pitch that we can get oil changes for life should be that it will take your life to get the oil changed here. If I was a widower and had nothing better to do that watch the grass grow, the paint dry, or the snow melt, maybe it would be acceptable to wait 30-40 min. for the service, but 1-1/2 hours, no way.
I have to say I was very happy to purchase the car and the salesman was good and the finance department was very good they got me financed with out good credit or much income. I bought a $28k Camaro that had modifications done to it I asked about the warranty from day one have to say I was more interested in finally getting a new car than the warranty its got some mods done to the motor I was never told it did or did not have a warranty from GM. I was having clutch issues thought it was the master clutch cylinder so I asked the service writer if it would be covered he looked it up and said no then I asked about if it was something else he said it could be with the mods done but not sure took it in the next day because it finally broke it is the slave cylinder now of course I need warranty work its not covered and I also have to pay a $45 fee for them to tell me its not covered. I called Berger and they said as long as the mods would not further harm the part it should be covered. All the slave cylinder does is move in with hydrolic pressure from the clutch master cylinder so the mods would not harm this part in any way. So over all great place to buy a car if you do not want service after the sale. Oh they will fix it for $1500. and I only had the car for 72 days and 1400 miles just a warning buyer beware!!
