No one to help. Look for someone for 5 minutes, couldn't get a price check. Employee told me to go to the front of store and wait in line to get a price check on an item. Needed to check out things I ordered online and nobody around to help forever. Nooo button to push no nothing just standing here waiting.

I am writing to commend the manager and staff of their handling of the Thanksgiving night sale. The store was laid out with items spread far enough apart that there was plenty of room for the lines. Electronic items were spaced around the store so there was plenty of room. The guarantee of in stock for 1 hour totally eliminated the frenzied pushing & shoving that I have seen in the past. Employees were better trained in where the products were and all were pleasant and helpful. They actually wanted to be there. All in all - a great experience. I bought a 60" tv,iPad mini, computer, shredder, tablet and wireless mouse. All items were in stock and great bargains!!! Good job Walmart

The woman at the self check out was extremely rude! Tried using a coupon for "Any Multipack of Monster", as which I was getting 2 four packs. She told me the coupon was not valid for that item. I told her that I JUST peeled it off the 4 pack and she didn't even look at the coupon and rudely reaffirmed that the coupon was not valid for that product! REALLY? I JUST PEELED IT OFF THE FOUR PACK!!!! Then I asked her to take the product off the bill and she did with body language that said your a jerk as I explained to her that just last night they had to manually enter it in, and she said she would not do that! Hmmm... Here I come Meijer!

Now we talking about it! The great super center everybody wants.. More ethnics products specially latin food, please!

Unhelpful! I've been trying to return a product to them ever since I got, but because I don't have the receipt they have been giving me the run around for the last 6 months and this is the third time I've been to Walmart over the last 6 months to return the product. Jeff, the Assistant Manager, refused to do anything. I asked if he could bring his manager over to rectify the matter, but he said he wasn't in. I asked then if he could call and all he did was point to the sign with Tony Pierce's number on it. I then asked him if there was another person who could be contacted to handle the matter, he stated Archie Armino. I asked Jeff if he could give Archie a call and again he refused. So i plainly asked him if he was going to do anything to resolve the matter and Jeff stated "No". I called and left a message for Archie Armino. I then asked Jeff who the next person we could talk to who would have authority to make a decision. To which he stated no one and said of i didn't like it i could call the Walmart hot line. I had to ask him 3 times to give me the number before he did. Totally bad experience for something that is within Walmart policy. Therefore i have given Jeff and Walmart notice that if this is not resolved today. I would be charging them for my time at a rate of $20 a minute for my time from this point forward. (You can won this in small claims court all day long once give notice)
