Always GREAT service & food there! If I ever was served some food that did not taste &/or I liked , the friendly staff would ALWAYS make it right. Just a side note, I help support an orphange in Madasgascar, where these children are so very happy to get fresh drinking water & fresh, healthy food (sometimes it is the only meal for that day:() Shame on us in the USA that have grown so spoiled. There's an old, old saying my Grandma would share with us kids when started throwing a "hissy-fit", Count your blessings one by one & thank the good Lord for what He has done." :) Amen & Amen!
We come here a lot. The steak is fabulous about 2/3 of the time. The rest of the time it's overcooked. The most recent time we came I ordered the 6 oz sirloin medium- and when it came, the inside was medium well and the outside was burned. It would have been impossible to eat even if I'd wanted medium well- completely dry, though the inside was still mildly pink. The sweet potato fries NEVER come out hot, either. Make sure you request them to come out hot. I'm still giving 4 stars because they are quick to fix my order or take it off the bill. They have to comp a LOT of food though! Seems like it'd be better and more profitable to improve staff's training on cooking steak.
I order a 11 ounce steak to be cooked medium. When my steak came out, it was beyond well done. My waiter realized this was over cooked and told me he was going to have a replacement steak before I said a word. He then apologized and told me I was going to have my meal for free due to the steak. By the time the steak was cooked the group I was with was ready to leave so I told them to put it in a to-go box. They came out moment later with the steak and two more sides (that I had already eaten) packed up and ready to go. Definitely know how to keep their customers happy, Excellent service.
Ordered a shrimp salad on 9/7/12 around 6:00 pm. Whoever made it was beyond gifted, the ingredients just meshed perfectly together. I shall write about this on my blog, A++ for Logans!
