This is the best Panera I've ever been to. The food was delicious, the people were friendly, and it's so big that even when it's busy, it stills feel relaxing.
I love Panera and have never had a negative experience there. Food is always delicious! Love their new app where you can order on your phone and the food is ready and already paid for upon pickup.
Wi-Fi super slow, dial up faster! Hazelnut coffee, never filled when you need it! Food great, Emily very friendly. Austin needs to go. Not friendly, listens to your conversation then stares at you. Avoid when he is present, you will be fine. Or complain to manager like I am!
Austin is a very rude worker. Came in to get a bagel and coffee for breakfast. Asked for a plain bagel and cream cheese. He said they were all out. So I asked him what kind they had left. He said well they are all over there as he points to the bagels. Rude. Came in today. Again overhearing him talking to customers with sarcasm and attitude. If you are going to work with the public and act like that maybe you should reconsider. There are plenty of back of the house jobs where you dont have human contact. Also Emily was very great help! Awesome customer service! Thanks Emily!
will not go back to this one, It must be the management is not good here. Kalamazoo and m6 location is always good
