Why do i have to pick a star? Why cant it be a negative star rating? I mean me and my friends are here this moment and it has been an hr and 15 mins since we have been here. Our waiter came 30 mins after we sat, and the water came 20 mins after. And we are still waiting on our food. This is by far the WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. never attend this place for anything. service, people, atmosphere, food and the damn temperature sucks. And our food just came and its so damn cold and disgusting. Again I rate this place -10. There is nothing good about this place.
Took 20 minutes to get our drinks on a Thursday night. And took over a half an hour to get the check and pay. Plus everything was over cooked. Don't eat here
Made us order right away, got my order wrong, food was terrible, and I considered walking out because service was so shitty but there was a cop at the door. Awful
I had a great server by the name of sarah, the best server I've had at any restaurant. But lately without her there I see what mediocre service the other servers give. I had a really bad experience on my birthday that made me never want to go there again.The server was rude and late with all of the orders. The manager was new and basically had no clue as to what was going on with his servers. Best remarks...get Sarah back.
My family and I went to Friday'sin Towson on a Sunday afternoon for dinner. We ordered an appetizer and dinner. The appetizer was served and 2 minutes later the dinner arrived. The dinner came for 3 of the 4 adults. After 10 minutes the server returned to the table unaware the on dinner had not arrived. She left and returned with someone from the kitchen who informed us that they had run out of that dish and because of this we would not have to pay for that dish! Since other people had already finished the meal, I decide not to wait for for a dinner to be prepared. Friday's did not so much as comp a soda for this poor service. I will not go back. Poor service, poor follow-up.
