The Brewer's Art
Reviews
The food and atmosphere were excellent. I had the Resurrection beer and cheeseburger. Both were great. The cheeseburger had some sauteed onions, that I think were sauteed in a red wine. The rosemary garlic fries were also amazing.
Converted townhouse atmosphere is unique, nice upscale atmosphere. Service was perfect. Good Belgian beer, great food, great desserts.
Good food ,good beer overall great experience service was on point, I would definitely recommend.
Mac and cheese is off the chain. Burger is SO good. Rosemary garlic fries...mmmmmm! Oh and of course the beers...the beers.
Went here this past weekend for dinner before a concert. Had an Ozzy which was light and not very hoppy. Pretty good for my tastes. Also had a sip of the Sangreal which I enjoyed as well. Darker but more subtle hoppiness than an IPA and smooth. The bread came with this butter that was like crack. I wanted to take the rest of it home in my purse. I do wish the bread came out warm though. For dinner we ordered two starters - the wagyu carpaccio and the wild boar terrine. The carpaccio was ok, I probably wouldn't order again next time. The boar terrine was delicious but watch out for that mustard. Has a real kick to it. I ordered the steak frites for my main which was pretty great. I wouldn't say the best I ever had but I would definitely order it again. For dessert I ordered the bread pudding recommended by our server. It was good but not great. The best parts are the caramelized edges. Overall it was a good experience. The best part of the evening was my company and the service. Our server was attentive without being annoying and she was fun! I wish I remembered her name to give her better recognition.
