Located in the shiny new observation lounge at BWI. We had two very decent cocktails, well-balanced, potent, and generous.
The view is outstanding through the two-story glass wall-- a definite plus if you are at all an aviation buff. You don't have to go through security to get here, there's an elevator/stairs right next to the B/C security checkpoint-- follow the "landing lights"!
It looked like you can carry your drinks over into the observation area, which has a variety of comfortable seating (rocking chairs, sofas), as well as various aviation related exhibits including parts from a Boeing 707 and a 737-200.
For $10-$12 a cocktail (for the sort of drink and atmosphere you'd pay $12-$16 at a lounge in Balto or DC) and with a number of appealing drinks on the menu, we'll definitely be back.
