The very best venue in the Sarasota area to dance and enjoy the best locally and nationally acclaimed bands. Nothing fancy but great drinks and great live entertainment. Something different happening every night. The headliners usually begins at 10:00pm but they have earlier shows too (check their website for schedule) This place has been around since 1953. You think they've figured it out? You bet they have Love this place and recommend that anybody staying (living) in Sarasota who really appreciates local talent and musicians that truly shine...you owe yourself a trip to the " 5-O"
I love this place. Thursday night with Democracy is so much fun. No drama, drinks are very well made, little pricey for my drink, but other than that I love it. Start dancing at 10:30pm and dont stop until 2am............great place to release stress and dance the night away!!!!!
