I'm from the UK. We have friends in Sarasota who introduced us to First Watch. It has excellent atmosphere, great views (when seated outside) and the breakfasts are fab. When you just want to sit and chill, take in the views while eating good food, where else could I suggest? (Answers on a postcard please.) :)
