I love DD, but this newer location needs help. My *simple* order is wrong, incessantly. And the staff if just clueless; I am read back my 'order' every time, and it's read back wrong every single time. The nonprofessional staff is the most frustrating thing. Ordering at DD at 8:50, waiting for my corrected order until 8:55, and I'm still a ways away from work -- one of the staff members blurts out to me 'Oooohhhhhhhh, you're gonna be late!!' -- how so very rude! If you're driving by this Dunkin Donuts and see that it is desolate, it's empty FOR A REASON. Will find another location..
Absolutely the best Dunkin in town. Great food and drink, happy and friendly staff, and always a perk to have a BaskinRobbins on site.
Great and friendly staff. Made my order very quickly and accurately. I'm glad this Dunkin Donuts has finally opened! I'll be coming here everyday I can.
