I love the Cheesecake Factory. Unfortunately there is not one in my town. So whenever I visit other cities I am always looking for the Factory. I recently visited the one located at The Mall at Millenia, 4200 Conroy Road, Orlando, FL 32839. The service was A1 with friendly and accommodating staff. I appreciate the fact that the portions at The Cheesecake Factory are huge, so you are getting some bang for your buck. As far as the taste of food it is amazing. Each i visit the factory I sample a different cheesecake, this time I tried the red velvet cheesecake.... hmmmmm. It was scrumptious!!! I am considering order that cheesecake online and having it shipped to me. I

As everyone knows, valentine's day is fast approaching and reservations are quickly snatched up. Well my reservation was made about a month before so I thought I was in the clear. At least until I received a phone call from the hostess saying that my reservation at 1700 has now been cancelled by an unknown staff member and I've been replaced. Also, they are now at capacity for reservations unless i want dinner at 1100. Oh and there's nothing they can do to fix this issue. She suggested I come in and wait around for a table to clear or I take my business to another restaurant. So now we are 10 days from valentine's day and I will no longer be a patron to a place who carelessly leaves someone in this position. If we wanted to go to another restaurant, we would have made the reservations and I'm sure that our reservation would be honored. Next year we'll just skip this headache and take our business else where. Thanks for my visit to the doghouse.

My wife and I were big fans of Cheesecake Factory, however, yesterday we got very disappointed with the quality of treatment provided by the Cheesecake Factory Orlando, FL. We arrived and the hostess gave us a pager to wait for an available table. She told us that the wait time was approximately 20 minutes. 30 minutes later we had not been called and noticed that people who had arrived after us (also table for 2) had already been called. We talked to the hostess, she checked the mistake (fault #1), pressed a button on the computer and our pager vibrated. We then went to the queue to be sent to the table and once again those who were behind us were sent to the table and we kept on waiting. We talked to the hostess (again), she checked the mistake (fault #2) and we were directed to the table. At Least! Once seated, after a few minutes, the waiter told us he would be with us in a couple of minutes. And then... A couple of minutes later... He said once again he would be with in a couple of minutes... (fault #3) We could not stand that anymore. All we did was wait. We stood up and tried do talk to the manager. And... We had to wait for the manager... Sarcastic isn't it? So we did... We waited... He didn't really wanted to listen what exactally happened. He just said: "This is a restaurant you have to wait for a table..."(fault #4) Well, I think that shouldn't be the answer given by someone who really cares about the costumers. All we had done was to wait, and wait, and wait... What else should we do to be served? To beg??? At any time no employee showed sorrow for the faults commited by them. Well, I think that's it. At least, there are other restaurants in Orlando that does not make us wait more than the other costumers and there are internet specialized apps and sites that we can report such things and rate.

Came here for lunch on a Monday after trying in the evening the previous Friday and it was still packed which should tell you something. We were able to get a table though after only about a 5 minute wait. The food was great. The staff were friendly and reasonably prompt. The restaurants name is well earned. The cheesecake here is fantastic and there is a massive selection. Well worth a visit.

I love the copy burger.. Cheesecake is a must to taste thing.
