Best wings in Gainesville. Had an issue with a waitress but the manager Pat was very professional and fixed all my concerns. A+
Waited twenty minutes and they couldn't find enough chairs for the table. Will never come back. Nobody could even have the courtesy to attempt to make anything happen.
Girls are very friendly and great service...great specials!!! Happy hr 4_8 & 10_ close..cant go wrong with that!!!definitely best place for a good time n great wings!!
I've dined here many times but after last night Im NEVER coming back. I am absolutely shocked at how unprofessional management here is. Not only was our food over 30 minutes late, but it took about an hour for the damn manager to come speak to us and when she did, I believe Heather was her name, she was not only rude but seemed to care less about our poor dining experience. Also the table next to us was complaining just as much. I couldn't believe how unprofessional this establishment is. Get better managers and not some dumb ass
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I took my dad there on 10/24 to watch the Thursday night football game. The food was bad! The chicken bites were way over cooked to the point you could not bite all the way through them. The I went to wipe my hands with the napkin and a ROACH ran out on the table. I killed him with the napkin and called for the manager. A girl came out and she said i'm sorry our restaurant is clean and we have pest control. Then she said the napkins are stored in a storage unit and it must have come from there. She took the dead roach and the napkin and then brought us the check. Worst manager ever! Little does she know that I come to Gainesville 3 months a year with 30 coworkers who like to go our every Thursday and drink for the game. We will go to the ale house from now on because they act like they want our business.
