Food is a 3-4, service is from a 3-5 depending.
Fridays is a odd place, sometimes service is like a 5+++ sometimes its "eh". . . I guess its like life though, if you want 5 service you have to have a 5 person, and its rare to find such great people in life, especially at a chain restaurant. However, out of all the places I've been in Gainesville, for whatever reason I find that when I find a good person that shines, its always been at Fridays. Jarrod (the mgr there) and Sara (server) are about the best restaurant people I've ever met.
Good food.... Terrible service. Great timings though.... We were out from the movies at 12 in the night and this was the only place open.
Rather eat chic-fil-a then stop @ this establishment again. Horrible experience had to send my entire meal back only thing I enjoyed was the Strawberry Lemonade.
I hate Friday's food it doesn't taste good and the service I got from them was horrible. I was in the middle of putting a to go order once and the guy on the phone said okay bye and hung up on me. Just rude.
Server Kenneth was great. Food good.
