Quality has gotten significantly worse. The service is horrendous and the order was completely wrong. So disappointing because they were an excellent place before, but with all the other options I won't be frequenting this place.
This was my best Outback experience I have ever had. Charles was our server and service was great! Steaks and pasta were cooked perfectly! Thanks for the great experience!

The food was okay, nothing above average. My wife's Lobster was tough, my Salmon was good, but here is the clincher. I went in the mens bathroom while waiting over an hour to be seated and there was urine all over the floor where that was not from restaurant equipment malfunction, but human nastiness. Pieces of toilet paper all over the floor. The sinks were dirty soap and water were all over the sink tops, then the trash cans running over. Next, to top it off, we were seated at the back of the building in front of the restroom and the crowning event was to smell the odor of urine coming from the restroom, the entire time we were seated. During the hour we were waiting and the hour it took to get served and eat, no one ever cleaned or checked the restrooms, which were providing aroma therapy. My guess is that if the public restrooms are that bad, then the kitchen is probably worse. The health department needs to visit this business and evaluate its fitness to stay open. Considering the cost, the wait, versus the ambiance of pee; this restaurant rates below poor and I would not advise anyone to go there for any reason.
The hostess Sara was incredibly rude. Will not return. Rather go to Ale House!
